Analysis of It's Ok to Cry

It's ok to CRY.
It means you gave it a try.

A heavy heart filled with stress
Perfectly alright if you are in a mess.

Hug and squeeze your pillow tight
Brood over it till you feel alright.

Shout, scream, lighten up and sing.
Free yourself from the trap of Mood Swings.

You are a free bird ready to fly.
Leave the earthlings, touch the sky.

Embrace emotions make stronger bonds.
Leave a mark of glory, above and beyond.
