"ए मेरे वतना,ए मेरे वतना
तेरे लिए जिया जाऊं
ए मेरे वतना"

तुही मेरा पहला प्यार,
और तुही आखरी,
ना तेरे अलावा मेरा दूजा वजूद है,
तूही मेरी दासता, तूही मेरी राह हैं,
मेरा वतना ही तो, रूह मेरी जान हैं,
आंच आयि तुझपे, आह मेरी निकलेगी,
छल्ली हो सीना बारूद आर पार हो,
मौत हो सामने, जुबा पे वतना नाम हो,
लहू की होली खेलकर,
लहू लुहान शाम हो,
चाहें धरती के गोद में सोना अंजाम हो,
वतना के लिए सो दफा मिट जाऊ तो,
चिराग बनके बार बार में आऊंगा,
अपना जो करम हे, करम करके जाऊंगा,
जब सरहदे जमी ने हमको आवाज दी
तब वतना के प्रति फर्ज हमने निभाए हैं।
