Analysis of A Sweet Dream.
In the middle of the night,
Gentle rain I can hear,
Right outside my bedroom window,
I feel you standing near,
Wishing I am to have a glimpse,
Of you if only I may,
So I may dream a sweet dream,
While wanting you to stay,
The moon brings forth a shadow,
Caressing my window pane,
I listen ever so patiently,
For words I hope you will say,
I lay my tired head down,
Upon my pillow soft,
Inviting you to join me,
Here upon my loft.
