Analysis of Roots

Roots and leaves.
Leaves and roots.

One is meant to grow deep.
The other to fly away.

Roots root.
Leaves leave.

But when roots leave,
And those that leave, return.
What then?

She made roots.
He chose to leave.

And when leaves return, they cannot remain.
