Analysis of Distance Can’t Change My Heart

Darkness creeps into my heart,
As you prepare to go,
I knew from the very start,
While you helped me grow.

One day we will not be together,
And you would have to be,
Away with no tether,
But soon you will see.

Life will get nice,
Away from the troubles,
So you won't have to pay the price,
Of Being trapped in depression bubbles.

I am happy for you to go,
But sad for you to leave,
I want you to know,
My heart is on your sleave.

There is nothing that can stop,
Our mother-son connection,
My heart will always pop,
As our hearts  a strong collection.

We been through it all,
Just me and you,
You taught me how to fall,
And to always be true.

Now it is your turn,
To leave me far behind,
And let your heart burn,
With all the joy you find.
