Analysis of Too late

She lays awake at night,
Waiting for all to fall asleep,
Praying the pain will subside,
As she walks the floors in her home,
Tears fill her eyes,
her hearts screaming,
She can't deny herself,
No matter how hard she tries,
The memories still haunting her,
Broken lies and empty words,
The pieces of her heart,
Shattered everywhere,
She's batten holding it together,
The demons in her head,
Binds her heart,
Crushes her soul,
It's dimming the lights,
Crushing the hope,
All her dreams,
They've all come undone,
Her will to survive,
Minimizes as time goes by,
And nobody knows,
Her smile hides it all,
It's behind her brown eyes,
It's hidden but pure,
All that darkness she holds,
Hidden behind her mask,
The mask of masks,
The facade of illusions,
That's where they hide,
And no matter what,
You'll never reach her,
For its now to late,
She's given up and
She's moved on.
