Analysis of Relying On Your Patience

Lawrence S. Pertillar 1947 (Connecticut)

Confident we are.
That all our resources available to us,
Will successfully reach...
The bottom of the conflicts,
Disturbing to haunt...
Our quality of life.
Once to enjoy.
Without the constant remember,
Of a 'normalcy' leaving.
Believing we should accept,
Division created.
And the mess this has caused to expect.
With such effectiveness on a daily basis.
Making the excess of it easy to access.

'We agree the excess of it,
Has become easy to access.
But shouldn't you begin with confidence,
Your doing to get,
To the bottom of these problems.
Would be better served,
From the top of the surface...
Where they are witnessed first.
Then nip this B.S. at the root?
We all have been pointing to you,
Who the culprits are.
Needing to be removed.'

'This is understood to understand,
Your comments to be made.
However...
We are awaiting direction,
From those who are the culprits.
As to how our successful reach,
To these conflicts.
Should begin with their approval to us,
Given.'

'OH!
So why beat around the bush?
What do you take us for?
Homegrown idiots?'

'Of course not.
We were relying on your patience,
To accept every excuse,
There is we could make.
