Last night I watched the Man in the Moon
play tricks on the unsuspecting Sun.
The Sun, half awake, he did turn around,
but found that the sounds he had heard were from none.

Nighttime

While the darkness starts creep,
Twilight shows its eerie haze,
As the sun is going to sleep.

Hearing not a single peep,

Interesting choice of rhymes, but the use of apostrophes and commas would set the theme much better in my opinion. Good nonetheless, I like the premise!
